Thanks to our tailored-made HR Management Software System, PRMS, with such hi-tech facility, we are able to formulate massive data base to record the detail attendance of the non-resident workers and to control the calculation of monthly salary, tax to be paid and statutory levies. Virtual documentary platform can also be formed to produce reports for candidates statutory enrolment, cessation and quarter-yearly tax return, etc.. April 2005 Project HR Management Software System, known as PRMS, was firstly created specializing for handling big scale construction projects in Macau. Major function is to utilize the massive electronic attendance datas to formulate the control of the calculation of monthly salary and statutory taxes, fees and levies as well as the back up document for the settlement of labour disputes. Heavy burden and additional work load imposed on the HR and Accounts departments was then reduced by using PRMS and Shui Ho’s management outsourcing services.
